40 Reed Ranch Road, Tiburon

When the sellers of this home contacted Christine, they were already in escrow on another property and had a 17-day contingency to sell this house. They needed a realtor who could get the house ready for sale and move it quickly. After interviewing two other top local realtors, the sellers chose Christine, who created a budget, timeline and team. She moved the four-person family out in four days, painted the entire house and changed light fixtures and hardware in six days, and then spent an additional two days staging the home.

Through her extensive network in Marin’s real estate community, she promoted the house off market, and had 23 showings in three days. The sellers received two offers and were able to meet their contingency so they could buy their new house. “Everything worked exactly like you said it would,” the sellers told Christine. “Every day was executed exactly according to the plan.”

35 Spring Road, Kentfield

When Christine first saw 35 Spring Road, she realized it was a diamond in the rough. Even though the mid-century Kent Woodlands home desperately needed updating, she encouraged the owners to make the necessary renovations and list it for $500,000 to $600,000 above what other realtors had suggested.

“After we signed the listing agreement, Christine gave us a calendar/timeline of what to expect throughout the process and she hit every goal along the way,” says the client.

Christine brought in an entire team, including a painter, electrician, handyman and landscaper, to update the four bedroom, three-bath home. In just four weeks, her team painted the entire house, inside and out. They replaced hardware, installed exterior lighting and put in new countertops and appliances. And then her valuation of the home proved to be right: it sold after just eight days on the market, for $300,000 above the listing price.

429 Oakdale Avenue, Corte Madera

Christine received a referral from a top-producing San Francisco agent team to help a tech executive, his entrepreneur wife and their two kids find a home where their children could walk to school and roam around the neighborhood. After they didn’t see anything they liked among the houses listed on the market, Christine reached out to several of her agent networks.

She learned of a charming five bedroom, four-bath Mediterranean available off-market in the heart of Corte Madera’s desirable Chapman Park neighborhood. Christine’s buyers made an offer immediately, before other buyers’ agents even knew about the property. Once the sale was made public, other agents contacted Christine to inquire whether the new buyers wanted to sell. To which the owners replied: “No way, we have the perfect place. Check back in ten years or so!”

75 Oak View Drive, San Rafael

Almost immediately after the buyers purchased this home, they realized it wasn’t the right house for them.

They hired another top-producing team to stage and list the home, but the house lingered on the market for a year, with limited showings or interest.

Frustrated, the owners turned to Christine, who advised the clients to give the home a new look to generate interest in the property.

Christine hired a San Francisco stager to stage the home correctly and elevate the property’s look. She then undertook an extensive marketing and PR campaign to promote the listing, hiring teams to photograph the property and create a lifestyle video. MarketWatch and DigitalInk picked up her campaign.

The house sold in six days for above the asking price, and the new buyers feel like they’ve found their forever home.
